The landscape philosophy and design theme for South Beach Estate draws its inspiration from the strong natural and cultural heritage of the site’s location. The landscape aims to create a modern interpretation of the Fremantle style, with strong reference to the coastal and industrial influences.
This is expressed through both the form and arrangement of the landscape elements as well as the selection of hard and soft landscape materials, including public art.
We acknowledge and respect Traditional Owners across Australia as the original custodians of our land and waters, their unique ability to care for country and deep spiritual connection to it. We honour Elders past, present and emerging whose knowledge and wisdom has and will ensure the continuation of cultures and traditional practices.
