Andrew Baranowski

Andrew has in excess of 30 years of experience as a Landscape Architect and is the Design Director of the PLAN E practice, with responsibility for the design and development of a diverse range of urban design, landscape planning and landscape architecture projects from inception through to completion. Andrew brings an enthusiasm and an innovative approach to his projects whether as the Project Landscape Architect or leading the Project Team of designers and technicians.

Andrew, who has practiced as a Landscape Architect since 1984, has extensive experience in broad scale master planning, urban design and detailed landscape design for numerous projects in Western Australia, and more recently in Asia. He works within multidisciplinary teams to ensure project outcomes are achieved to the highest professional standard.

Andrew’s particular expertise is the design of large-scale urban, foreshore and land development projects where community involvement is a major factor. He has extensive experience in both overall project management and design direction and is highly skilled at coordinating project team to deliver fully resolved and detailed solutions for major infrastructure projects.

As a Co-Director of the practice since 1996, Andrew expects high standards in design and detailing from the PLAN E team, and takes responsibility for ensuring that they are up to date with the most recent advancements in design and technology associated with the practice of Landscape Architecture.   Andrew is committed to design excellence and environmentally sustainable design practices to create high quality solutions for all his projects.
